Crafted by the Deglon family in Thiers, the French capital of fine cutlery, the Meeting Knife Set was designed by Mia Schmallenbach. Understandably, her design took home first prize in the 5th Bourse Européenne de la creation coutelière. The set comprises a paring knife, a carving knife, a chef’s knife and a filleting knife that seamlessly interlock together in a matching block of stainless steel. Using the Fibonacci sequence, a tradition dating back to the Renaissance, the knives are designed to perfectly fit your hand.
